The second annual Barktoberfest event will be held at Founder’s Park in downtown Johnson City on Saturday, October 13, 2018. Our goal is to raise funds to spay and neuter homeless animals not only in Washington County, but in the surrounding communities as well. This initiative will help to drastically reduce overpopulation, and will lead to less animal deaths. Your support also helps with the cost of foster care for these homeless animals. Your participation is making a difference right here in our community.
