FTHRA is a nonprofit organization providing much needed services to people in need in Northeast Tennessee. These services may include rural transportation, Meals on Wheels, adult day care, shelter for domestic violence victims, senior employment & volunteer services, in-home personal care and community corrections, including DUI school. Please take a moment to click on Programs (listed on left) to learn more about how we help people in your community.

BrewFund, Inc. is a high-tech startup in NE Tennessee that is growing quickly and proving that innovation lives and grows right here. We also provide consulting services (websites, mobile apps, and custom software) to taprooms and other buisnesses.

David E. Frizzell is the practice owner, a graduate of University High School in Johnson City, Tenn., and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts, Magna Cum Laude with a major in Accounting from Georgetown College, Georgetown, Kentucky in May, 1981, and was granted his Certificate to practice as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Tennessee on April 11, 1984. David is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Tennessee and has worked in area public firms since 1981.

David has extensive experience serving businesses and individuals in tax and accounting services.

David and his wife Margaret Ann live in Johnson City and are active members at Piney Flats Presbyterian Church. David is an active member of the Johnson City Evening Rotary Club and is a past president and board member of the Rotary Club. David is a member of the both American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Tennessee Society of CPA's. David is a past president of the Appalachian Chapter of the TSCPA and has served as Treasurer, a Board member and Council member of the TSCPA.
