Universal Development & Construction, LLC (UDC) is a premier multifamily property management company in its twelfth year of operation.  The Company currently manages approximately 2,000 residential units located across six counties in the Tri-Cities as well as in the Sevierville and Asheville markets.  There are another 750 units under construction and in the development pipeline.
